Having finished the book he was working on previously, Teppic's in the library, seeing what there is to see.
Turns out there's quite a lot of library here. The way the rest of the place works, he can't say he's surprised. It's reminding him of what he's heard about Unseen University's library.

There is a Faith, coming in and out of the Inn.

Every time she comes in, her arms are laden with Things, and they're empty again when she leaves.

She's grinning like a fiend, too.
